Glass Cottage (Temperature Controlled Stay) Premium glass cottages that bring in natural light, scenic lake views, and a modern boutique feel. These cottages offer a fully temperature-controlled environment with Air Conditioning for added comfort. Perfect for guests who enjoy stylish design, privacy, and a peaceful ambience surrounded by nature. The spaces are designed with an approximate area of 110 sq ft for a cozy and efficient layout. Designed to stay true to natural living, these cottages are intentionally built without AC to let guests enjoy the gentle breeze, raw textures, and a more authentic connection with nature. Shared Spaces & Amenities This Retreat offers multiple shared spaces designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable moments during your stay. Infinity Valley View Swimming Pool Enjoy a refreshing swim with stunning valley and mountain views that create the perfect scenic backdrop for relaxation and photography. Dining Areas Comfortable dining spaces where guests can sit together and enjoy meals in a calm natural setting. Important Note: This is a simple, nature-focused farmstay and not a full-service hotel or resort. The cottages are set amidst a rural landscape, offering fresh air, greenery and scenic surroundings. As this is a genuine countryside experience, there may be occasional insects, power fluctuations, and limited amenities. If you’re someone who loves open spaces, scenic views, and a slower pace closer to nature, you will truly enjoy this stay. We want you to have the right expectations and a memorable experience with us. 🌿✨ Guest access Each booking will access a private Cottage, with more Cottage available on property. You’ll enjoy exclusive access to your cottage while also having shared access through the main gate of the property for convenience. If other guests are present, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the expansive outdoor area, including multiple inviting hangout zones, the swimming pool, game zone, and more. The cottage is approximately 200 meters from the parking area, requiring a short, peaceful walk. Please note that while the setting is serene, the last 200 meters of the approach road may be slightly rough. Meals VIEW MENU We serve tasty local cuisine, and guests can simply order from our menu during the stay. Fresh, homely and flavourful food to enjoy at the retreat. Location Glass & Clay Retreat is located at Tikonapeth, near Pawana Lake, Maharashtra. The retreat sits amidst calm greenery, peaceful vibes and scenic mountain surroundings, making it a perfect nature getaway destination. Nearby Attractions The retreat is surrounded by some of the most scenic and historic locations around Pawana, giving guests multiple options to explore during their stay. Pawna Lake – A serene lakeside spot perfect for sunsets, photography and peaceful nature walks. Tikona Fort – A popular trekking fort known for its triangular shape and beautiful panoramic valley views from the top. Tung Fort – A scenic viewpoint trek with stunning surrounding mountain and lake landscapes. Lohagad Fort – A historic fort with easy trek access, known for its “Scorpion Tail” ridge and monsoon charm. Visapur Fort – A larger fort next to Lohagad offering adventurous trails, views and ancient ruins. Bhaja Caves – Ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves with carvings and heritage value, a must-visit for history lovers. Pawna Dam Viewpoints – Scenic viewpoints around the lake perfect for sunrise, sunset and calm nature time. All these attractions are easily accessible from the retreat and add adventure, trekking possibilities and sightseeing value to your stay experience. Additional Details • Only mixed-gender groups are allowed at the property; we do not host all-boys stag groups. • The property is set amidst nature, so guests may encounter insects and bugs occasionally as we are in their natural habitat. • Outdoor dining space is a shared common area where guests can enjoy meals and interact with other travellers. • Any increase in the number of guests at the time of check-in will be chargeable. • Outside food is not permitted on the property. • Guests are requested to share their expected check-in time in advance to ensure a smooth arrival experience. • We have a friendly pet dog on the property, adding a warm, homely and welcoming feel. • Open parking space is available and is shared among all guests for convenience. • The cottage is located approximately 200 meters from the parking area, giving you a short peaceful walk to your serene stay. House Rules & Policies • Check-in/Check-out: 3:00 PM / 11:00 AM • ID: Valid government ID required for all adults. • Guest Policies • Families & mixed-gender groups only; stag/bachelor groups not allowed. • No pets. • Smoking only in designated outdoor areas. • Sheesha/Hookah strictly prohibited. • CCTV in common outdoor areas for safety. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • No illegal activities. • Pool & Music • Allowed till 9:00 PM only. • No smoking, drinking, or food near the pool. • Guests bear the cost of contamination. • Children must be supervised. • Cleanliness & Maintenance • Towels/napkins provided once at check-in. • Damaged/stained linens must be paid for. • Premises cleaned before arrival; deep cleaning (if required) chargeable. • Natural & Technical Notes • Village setting: insects/bugs may appear. • Internet may fluctuate; Airtel works best, booster installed (network-dependent). • Power cuts possible; generator starts after 20 mins. Extended use beyond 6 hrs (esp. monsoon) chargeable.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
