The ground floor features a game area with table tennis, foosball, and carrom, along with a private swimming pool (30×18 ft, 4.5 ft depth) with 2 sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing. Adjacent to the pool, a common washroom is available for convenience. Guests can also enjoy the private sports turf, perfect for cricket, badminton, or basketball. The villa has two wings, each with its own staircase (no lift). Each wing has a living room, 3 bedrooms, and balconies, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. • Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM (late check-out ₹2,000 per hour, subject to availability). • All adults must present a valid government ID at the time of check-in. • A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required and returned after inspection. • Pets are not allowed on the property. • Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, terrace, and turf areas. • Pool, turf, and jacuzzi can be used only till 11:00 PM (indoor games allowed anytime). • Quiet hours must be followed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • The villa is surrounded by nature, so insects and bugs may occasionally be present. • Network connectivity may fluctuate due to the natural location. • Guests are requested to conserve water and switch off all appliances when not in use. • Guests must maintain cleanliness; excessive mess may lead to additional cleaning charges. • Damaged or stained linens, upholstery, or property items must be paid for before check-out. • Smoking is not allowed indoors; permitted only in designated outdoor areas. • Hookah/sheesha is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. • CCTV cameras are installed in common outdoor areas for safety. • Inverter backup is available in case of a power cut. • Only families and mixed-gender groups are allowed; boys-only groups are not permitted. • Music is allowed only until 10:00 PM at a reasonable volume as per local regulations.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
