It's described as a plunge pool where guests can unwind, complete with jacuzzi-style massage nozzles, ideal for up to four people. Bedroom: • The property boasts 1 bedroom which is situated on the ground floor of the apartment. • Room is equipped with AC, a comfortable bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery. • Fresh linen and pillows are provided. • Wardrobes are available. Bathroom: • The property boasts a total of 1 bathroom, conveniently located near the living area, ensuring accessibility for all guests. • Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience. • All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. With a place to chill, relax and spend time with loved ones Getting Around: Easiest way to reach here is to drive till Old Khandala road or drop at Lonavala Railway station and take an auto till here. Distance from Lonavala railway station - 3 KMs ( 15 mins ) Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 5 Kms ( 20 mins ) Distance from Kumar Resort - 2 Kms ( 10 mins)

• Standard Check-in: 2.00 PM IST; Check-out: 11.00 AM IST. • Adults must carry and present valid ID during check-in. • A refundable damage deposit of INR 3000 in cash is required upon arrival, subject to property inspection. • Smoking is limited to outdoor areas. • Inverter available for power failure; seek instructions from hosts. • Limited network/internet in remote areas; confirm supported networks with the property. • Conserve water, turn off appliances on departure, and inquire about inverter usage. • Illegal activities prohibited; strictly no smoking indoors. • No sheesha/hookah allowed. • Replace damaged or contaminated upholstery/bedsheets at your cost. • Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM; maintain considerate noise levels.Treat the property with care, adhering to guidelines for a harmonious stay.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
