The living room features a dedicated work table and chair, along with a sofa bed, while the washroom is conveniently located in the bedroom. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for storage, and an Air Conditioner (AC) for added comfort during your stay. Bedroom: • The property boasts 1 bedroom which is situated on the ground floor. • Room is equipped with AC, a comfortable bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery. • Bedroom in the apartment is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. • Fresh linen and pillows are provided. • Wardrobes are available. Bathroom: • The property boasts a total of 1 bathroom ensuite attached to the bedroom. • Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience. • All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. Alternatively, you can opt to arrive at Lonavala Railway Station and easily catch an auto to reach this destination. Distance from Lonavala railway station - 3.0 KMs (15/20 mins)

• Check-in: 2:00 PM IST, Check-out: 11:00 AM IST. • All adults must carry valid ID for check-in. • INR 2500 damage deposit required on arrival, refundable upon property inspection. • Property will be clean upon arrival; maintain cleanliness during stay. • Extra fee for deep cleaning if necessary upon departure. • Sporadic network & internet; verify compatibility with property. • Conserve water; switch off electricals when leaving. • Inverter available for power failure; seek instructions from hosts. • Illegal activities are prohibited. • Smoking restricted to outdoor areas for safety. • Sheesha/hookah not allowed. • Guest responsible for damaged upholstery/bedsheets. • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM; maintain considerate noise levels.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
