Bedroom: The property features a total of 1 air-conditioned bedroom, located on the ground floor. This master bedroom is equipped with two AC, one king size bed, two single-sized beds, bookshelf and a workstation. The bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. Wardrobes are available. Bathroom: The property boasts a total of 2 bathrooms, with 1 of them ensuite in the bedroom and one conveniently located near the outdoor seating area. The master bedroom’s bathroom also boasts an adjoining private lawn, perfect for indulging in some secluded sunbathing. Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, soaps, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience. Both bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. Bathtub: • A cozy two-seater Bathtub set against a backdrop of lush greenery, creating a serene and beautiful spot to unwind. • Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a bench and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones. Food: View Menu • Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for veg and INR 1400 per person for non veg, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) prepared by local kitchen tie-ups & delivered at the property. • As outside food is allowed in the property. • Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences. • Guests have the option to order food from local restaurants for added dining flexibility. • Barbecue services are available at an additional charge of INR 700/- per session, rest material charges as per actuals. • Additionally, Swiggy delivery services are available, offering a diverse range of dining options delivered directly to the villa for added culinary choices during your stay. Additional Information: • Smoking is limited to outdoor areas. • Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed. • An inverter and generator are available on the property to address power cuts. • CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all. • Property is located in nature hence it will be subjected to insects, bugs as we are in their space. • Please note that only married couples and families are allowed at the property. Stag groups and day-stay guests are strictly not permitted. Getting Around: You can either drive up to the bungalow or hop on a train to Karjat station and then catch a ride from there. • All Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM IST / Check-out: 11:00 AM IST • Adults must show valid ID proof during check-in. • INR 5000 cash damage deposit required on arrival, refundable after property inspection. • Leave the property clean on departure; deep cleaning incurs an extra fee. • In nature-centric locations, inquire about suitable vehicles for road conditions. • Sporadic network and internet connectivity, especially during monsoons; check with the property for network support. • Conserve water and turn off electrical appliances when leaving. • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited; smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. • No sheesha/hookah allowed. • Any damage or contamination to upholstery/bedsheets during the stay must be paid before check-out. • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM; considerate noise levels appreciated. Kindly treat the house as if it were your own and care for everything, as it represents a labor of our love.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
