Kitchen & Food: View Menu -The kitchen space is equipped with a modular kitchen, microwave, water purifier, refrigerator, and a kitchenette for your convenience. -Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for vegetarians and INR 1400 per person for non-vegetarians, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner). -Guests are welcome to utilize our kitchen facilities for full cooking during their stay after paying a utility charge of Rs. 2000 per night. - Outside food is allowed. The villa is located within a gated community. Please note that there is some construction activity currently ongoing in the nearby vicinity. Situated in a well-connected area, the last few kilometers may present a slight bumpiness, but rest assured, all cars can reach this idyllic location. • Check-in: 2.00 PM IST / Check-out: 11.00 AM IST. • Adults must show valid ID; INR 5000 cash deposit on arrival, refundable after property inspection. • Only mixed-gender groups are allowed; boys-only groups are not permitted. • Our properties are situated in nature-centric locations, some with direct roads and others with occasional rough patches/country roads. Please inquire about the suitable vehicle for your drive. • Smoking is strictly restricted to outdoor areas such as the balcony and lawn to ensure a fresh and healthy environment for the safety of guests. • Sheesha/hookah use is not allowed on the premises. • Avoid smoking, drinking, or consuming food near the swimming pool. In case of spillage, the guest will be responsible for the cost of water replacement. • Maintain cleanliness; extra fee for deep cleaning if needed upon departure. • Expect sporadic network connectivity in remote areas, especially during monsoons. • Conserve water and switch off appliances when leaving; inverters available for power failures. • Prohibited activities include illegal actions and indoor smoking; limit smoking to outdoor areas. • Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets during the stay must be replaced at the guest's expense before check-out. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are urged to maintain considerate noise levels. Please treat the house with care and responsibility, as it represents a labor of our love.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
