The property features both an inverter and a generator. During power cuts, the inverter will be used, and if the power is not restored at night, the generator will operate between 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM. ⚠️ Note: There is a pond in front of the villa with a deep and risky area; guests are not allowed near it for safety reasons. • Standard Check-in: 2.00 PM IST; Check-out: 11.00 AM IST. • Adults must carry and present a valid ID during check-in. • A refundable damage deposit of INR 5000 in cash is required upon arrival, subject to property inspection. • Smoking is limited to outdoor areas. • Limited network/internet in remote areas; confirm supported networks with the property. • Conserve water, turn off appliances on departure, and inquire about inverter usage. • Illegal activities prohibited; strictly no smoking indoors. • No sheesha/hookah allowed. • Replace damaged or contaminated upholstery/bedsheets at your cost. • Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM; maintain considerate noise levels. • Outside food is allowed • The villa is pure veg.Treat the property with care, adhering to guidelines for a harmonious stay.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
