Bedrooms: • The property features 2 bedrooms situated on the 3rd floor of the apartment. • Both rooms are equipped with AC, comfortable beds, and offer a view of lush greenery. • Both rooms have an attached balcony space with a seating space. • Fresh linen and pillows are provided. • Wardrobes are available. Bathroom: • The property has 2 bathrooms in total. • One is attached to the master bedroom. • The second is a common bathroom located next to the living area. • Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with geysers for hot water. • Complimentary toiletries such as towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper are provided. Living Area: • This space seamlessly connects to the dining space, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. • Features include air conditioning, a TV, and a cozy 4-seater sofa. • Well-lit, ventilated, and thoughtfully furnished, the living area is ideal for lounging and spending time indoors. Food: • The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, and water purifier. • The option to order from a nearby restaurant for delivery is available. • Standard Check-in: 2.00 PM IST; Check-out: 11.00 AM IST. • Adults must carry and present a valid ID during check-in. • A refundable damage deposit of INR 2500 in cash is required upon arrival, subject to property inspection. • Smoking is limited to outdoor areas. • Limited network/internet in remote areas; confirm supported networks with the property. • Conserve water, turn off appliances on departure, and inquire about inverter usage. • Illegal activities prohibited; strictly no smoking indoors. • No sheesha/hookah allowed. • Replace damaged or contaminated upholstery/bedsheets at your cost. • Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM; maintain considerate noise levels. • Outside food is allowed

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
