Additional Information: • Check-in time is at 2:00 pm, and checkout is at 10:00 am. • Extensions are available on a pro-rata basis. • Outside food or beverages are not allowed. • Meals can be arranged at Rs 1500 per head (1 starter, 1 main course, and 1 dessert), with beverages charged separately. • Room payments must be settled before check-in. • Loss or breakage of property equipment will incur charges. • Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. • No smoking indoors; the villa is not pet-friendly. • Early check-in is subject to availability, with charges applicable before and after 3:00 am. • Late checkout after 7:00 pm incurs a charge of 100% of the room rate. • Outdoor events must adhere to sound restrictions until 10:00 pm. • Special areas like the Banquet Hall, main lawns, indoor courtyard, and pool deck need specific booking for events. Note: The pool may be temporarily closed during ongoing lawn events. Location Brief: Benaulim, Goa, India Nestled in the sleepy village of Benaulim, time seems to stand still and you are transported to an era bygone, witness to the classic Goan way of life, slow and easygoing ‘Susegado’. Here you will catch a glimpse of the local baker selling his ‘poi’ and cattle herd rearing the goan water buffalo and if you are lucky the peacock will come calling in the evenings. The setting is perfect if you want to drift away into solitude, away from the bustling crowds and cacophony of life today. • Check-in time is at 1:00 PM • Check-out time at 11:00 AM • Extension on pro-rata basis • No outside food or beverages allowed • Meals can be arranged at Rs 1500 per head(1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert) • Beverages extra according to the applicable rates • All room payments are to be collected prior to checkin • Loss or breakage of any property equipment will be charged accordingly • Only guests staying at the property will be allowed in the rooms. • No smoking is allowed in the rooms/indoors. • Unfortunately property is not pet friendly. • Early check-in is subject to availability and will be charged a full day charge of the contracted rate before 3:00 am (of the date of check-in) and 50% of the contracted room rate after 3:00 am • Late checkout after 7:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the room rate(of the date of check-in) • Sound restrictions for outdoor events after till 10:00 pm • All other special areas like Banquet Hall, main Lawns, indoor courtyard , pool deck are have to be specifically booked incase of an event.

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows: a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged. b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged. c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever. In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges. GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee. In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
